Fabian Ahmed, born in 2002 and originally from Naples, began his journey in a pizzeria at the tender age of 16. After several training experiences in Neapolitan pizzerias, under the guidance of expert masters, Fabian has demonstrated an uncommon creativity and determination, spending the last few years in Ireland to learn and perfect new techniques in the field, obtaining great successes, but the desire for greater challenges pushed him towards new horizons.
