CERTIFIED AVPN PIZZA NAPOLETANA TRAINING

The most recognized historic pizza in the world with AVPN certification through the Naples headquarters.
 
The training aims to convey the essential notions for undertaking a qualified craft work and learning the Neapolitan technique. The course is divided as follows:

AVPN Uniform supplied 
Duration: 36 hours, divided in: 30 hours of Lab-School and 6 hours of Theory
5 days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) upon verification test
Time: 9 am to 4 pm.
Participants: Min 4 - Max 6
