We are a group consisting of technicians and chefs who want to pass their experience to a new generation of pizza, gelato and
pastry innovators and entrepreneurs of the industry.
Our course provides a perfect simulation of daily work including a complete work station using High Level catering equipment in Sydney, providing electric, wood and gas ovens, an ideal place with a full range of pizza making facilities: a total immersion in the world of Italian food.
As a part of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association, we are honored to collaborate in the training of future pizza chefs specialized in Neapolitan pizza. A centuries-old tradition for the most recognized product in the world. At the end of the AVPN course, the official AVPN certificate will be issued following both a practical and theoretical test evaluated by the main office in Napoli, Italy.
